1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pklauk ("we", "our", "platform") and any user of the platform ("user", "you", "member"). By using the pklauk.cam website and its related services, you agree to comply with the full content of these terms.

3. Account Management and Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

Deposit Terms

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on the pklauk platform are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposit amounts will be calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements on the account are fulfilled.
• Funds must be withdrawn using the same method through which they were deposited.
• For suspicious transactions, pklauk may delay withdrawals pending verification.

Currency and Tax Matters

All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The user is solely responsible for any applicable taxes. pklauk does not provide tax advice.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

pklauk offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the bonus balance, you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. Detailed terms relating to bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games.
• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• pklauk reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse using multiple accounts is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• pklauk's decisions regarding bonuses are final and binding.

VIP Program

pklauk's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Promotion to a higher tier is based on regular activity and gaming participation.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

pklauk is committed to the principle of fair play. All games operated on the platform are secured with SSL encryption. Gaming outcomes are determined through impartial technology.

General Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules which can be viewed in the game interface.
• In the event of a technical error, bets for the affected round will be cancelled or refunded.
• If a user's internet connection is lost, the result of the ongoing game will be saved on the server.
• pklauk is not liable for losses caused by game software or technical issues.

In the event of any gaming dispute, pklauk's logs and records will be treated as final evidence. If there is a discrepancy between a claim and the logs, the log data will be considered authoritative.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pklauk platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Placing strategic or fraudulent bets to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other tools to operate games.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Fraud in the payment process or chargeback fraud.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform for personal gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

pklauk reserves the right to investigate any account without prior notice upon detecting suspicious activity. The account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The pklauk website and all its content — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, images, and other elements — are protected under pklauk's exclusive intellectual property rights. No content from this platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without pklauk's written permission.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This permission may be revoked at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

pklauk will not be liable in the following situations:

In any circumstance, pklauk's total liability will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Directives from law enforcement authorities.

Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified real money balance will be returned before the account is closed. Bonus balance will be forfeited.
